BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION; HOMESTAKE MINING COMPANY 2000-2002

• Managed a $17 million annual operating budget for this open pit gold mine/mill/heap leach operation. Staff included all employees on site (95) reporting through six department superintendents

• Led team to three consecutive annual records for gold produced and cash costs

• Won 2001 Nevada Mining Association Safety award for operating without a single MSHA reportable injury accident

HOMESTAKE MINING COMPANY 1980 - 2000
